Bike clean

Can be done by the novice with care. 

A good clean and wash down with a bike cleaner, along with a de-grease and lubrication of all moving parts, paying particular attention to the chain and gears.  Check to ensure all parts of the bike are working well with no apparent damage.  Road test after the clean to ensure that it is safe and ready for your next ride.
